🧹 Cleanup Orphaned Connectors

What are orphaned connectors?

Orphaned connectors are connectors that are still registered in Bitrix24 but no longer exist in our database. This can happen if connectors were deleted from the dashboard before the cleanup code was deployed.

These connectors may still appear in Bitrix24 Contact Center. Use this tool to remove them.

All connectors registered in Bitrix24 are properly tracked in the database.

Manual Cleanup Instructions

If connectors still appear in Contact Center after cleanup, you can manually remove them:

  1. Go to Bitrix24 → Contact Center → Open Lines
  2. Select the Open Line
  3. Go to the "Connectors" tab
  4. Disable/Remove the orphaned connector
